We have complete hands-on control of quality in every respect. All benches are hand-crafted of 1/4" steel. The benches are fabricated, shot blasted, flame sprayed with zinc, and painted with a high quality two part epoxy base paint. This weatherproof finishing technique results in a highly resistant coating that prevents oxidation. Benches are individually hand painted using a dry brush technique or air brushed. Minimal maintenance - wash with mild soap and water to remove environmental grime. Benches are palletized and shipped via common carrier.
